Been meaning to post this for a while

Some folks have been wondering what it is that I do for a living... and since it's a little hard to explain without examples, when I came across this, I thought it might illustrate it a bit better. So, if you want an idea of what CG FX is about, check this article on CG FX of TROY. Please, take note that the company I work for did not work on this film in particular. But the processes remain very similar and my job in the film scanning and recording is just one of many cogs in the machine of digital FX.
