Got a phone call from my mom a little less than an hour ago. (it's middle of the night here) I was hoping I could just shrug it, turn over and go back to sleep but...
The hospital called her today and she's going in in an hour, surgery to be taking place tomorrow. I'm a nervous wreck. Ten thousand miles away and I can't do a thing about it.
Mom, I really hope all will go well.
