Anyone here in a country where Baker's chocolate exists? I've got this recipe for brownies in one bowl or something or other, but can't have that choc here. While I assume I can use any semi-sweet or unsweetened choc for this, I need to know what "four squares" means in normal quantity talk. Anyone got a bar at home and can go check how many grams the bar is and how many squares it's made of?
