Lumbar spine: Early bilateral sacroiliac joint degenerative change. Normal lumbar spine on CT.
Thoracic spine: Mild endplate degenerative change at T5/6 level with paracentral osteophyte seen projecting into the central canal, though not causing any significant thecal sac indentation or neural foramen narrowing.
Short of looking up every damn word, I'm going to wait to see my GP tomorrow morning to make sense of this. At least it didn't say tumour.
