Such a bummer

It's been a while. When we were thinking it was time for Lily to start preschool, I was expecting loads of free time. I was dreaming about it, revelling at the idea. Well, you know what? It's not happening. It seems I'm running around more than before. Why is that? ::sigh::

Went to see Duplicity last Tuesday week. A lot of fun but didn't deliver as much as I'd hoped. From the wonderdul and clever trailer, I expected much laughs - like, say, Ocean's Eleven - but it never really hit that mark. That said, Owen and Roberts have undeniable chemistry onscreen and Owen IS damn yummy.

  

Planning on seeing Inkheart Monday or Tuesday... since chances are I won't have time to update before the Easter Holidays I'm putting up the poster now. ::grins:: I'm really looking forward to this one. Not only because of Brendan Fraser but Paul Bettany also.

Battlestar Galactica ended. ::sigh:: Can't remember if I posted about this here or not. Well, bittersweet, huh? I'm glad we finally got a glimpse at Helo having survived!

Been spoiled earlier today for Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. I can't believe it. I'm so annoyed. And not so much by the spoilery too but by the subject of the spoiler! How could they?

Castle is a riot! :D Anyone not checking this show out yet, you should. Nathan Fillion, you're such a goof.

Anyone here that used to watch Eli Stone until they cancelled the show in the States? Well, check your torrents people, because that show is still airing in Ireland (I believe) and there's two more episodes available at the mo.

Got my hands on a new Michael Biehn flick. Haven't watched it yet and I hear it's quite violent and all - and I bet he dies in that one too - but I'm still looking forward to getting my MB fix. :) It's called Stiletto and also stars Tom Berenger, DB Sweeney, James Russo, Tom Sizemore and, what do you know, Stana Katic from Castle. I like her.

We're off camping for the Easter long weekend in the Wonboyn Lake area, near Eden. Friends from Melbourne are meeting us there so it's about a halfway point, near the NSW/Victoria border. What about you? Anyone out and about? It's Autumn here so wish us nice weather. There's nothing worse than rain on a camping trip! (And no, we're not actually roughing it. We're hiring a cabin onsite...)
